II.1.2) Short description of the contract or purchase(s) (as stated in the original notice) Strathclyde Partnership for Transport requires the services of an advertising agency to work with our in-house communications team to promote SPT and its regional transport strategy in the written press, broadcast media and outdoor advertising. This will involve creative and strategic input for SPT's marketing strategy for its major services including the Glasgow Subway. It will also involve the delivery of key media messages promoting modal shift from cars to public transport which is an SPT policy priority. Advertising and marketing services.
